How do you price your leads?

Our lead packages vary in cost based on length of contract, volume, targeting and liquid capital requirement. Even better, we can work with your budget to design a flat-rate program where our marketing and franchise development services are bundled together as we move away from a cost per lead towards a trusted advisor partnership. Flat-rate clients often get more leads than they signed up for, and don’t pay any extra for them!

How do you generate the leads?

We reach potential entrepreneurs in a variety of places online, including paid and organic search and social media. Additionally, we feature each of our clients in brand-specific messages to our users via email and SMS campaigns to generate interest in your brand.

Do all leads go through the FranchiseHelp quiz?

The FranchiseHelp quiz is an amazing tool to help narrow down the franchise space for our online visitors. While not mandatory, the vast majority of FH users filter through the quiz to find franchises that match their interests, liquid capital, and geo.

How can we improve the program?

To tailor the program more specifically to your brand, we need feedback. Which leads have been responsive? Which leads are you sending back for credit? This individualized lead data can help us identify patterns and trends in your leads to guide us in our continued marketing efforts.

How many franchises are you selling my leads to?

On FranchiseHelp, the average number of brands selected by a prospect is 1.7. That’s right, less than two brands per lead. And two brands is what we consider good due diligence.

How do we edit our profile?

Easy! Let your account manager know what changes you would like made and it’s as simple as that. Edits can be requested at any time and will be completed within 1 business day.

How do we change our targeting or liquid capital requirement?

While changing the terms of your contract is doable, if the new filters make it harder for us to generate leads for you it might result in a cost per lead change as well. Reach out to your account manager to find out what, if any, price changes would apply based on how restrictive the new requests are.

Do you offer other services?

How can I most easily access my account?

The custom dashboard is the best way to view the details of your account such as where you’re targeting, your leads, credits and more. Email your account manager for dashboard login credentials.

Are my leads still receiving notifications from FranchiseHelp?

Yes. And you’ve received leads from this type of outreach as well. From the feedback our clients have given us, leads that read an email about your brand are some of the highest converting leads out there.

How do you verify leads?

We verify a lead’s phone number by matching the first or last name to the number itself and often, we’ll send a code to the phone number for the user to send back to us. Email addresses are verified through third party software. Additionally, leads are required to confirm their available liquid capital.

How many leads do I need to close a deal?

Depends! What’s your follow up process like? The industry average is about 300-500 online leads for an effective and experienced franchise sales team to close a deal. Anyone who tells you differently is selling something.

How and when do I contact my leads?

Immediately and often. Initial contact would ideally happen within minutes of receipt of a lead, via text message or phone call and email. The more you pursue your leads, at various times of day, with various contact methods, the better.
