Our franchise utilizes a unique business model that enables you to market, sell and manage over 20 different services. The City Wide business model involves selling building maintenance service contracts to businesses, along with a method to manage the process – insuring quality services are provided to our customers. Our business model is not about directly providing the services, either by your own efforts or through your own employees. City Wide utilizes certified independent contractors who are already in the business of providing the services we sell. We provide the sales and customer relations, while they provide the actual service.

Major Market Opportunity...
City Wide franchise owners have the exclusive rights to entire major metro markets (up to 2 million people). Selling and managing multiple services to all types of commercial properties allows you multiple opportunities to find new customers. Instead of just offering carpet cleaning or window washing, you now have a business model that teaches you how to bid and manage most any service that a commercial property would use.

Our Greatest Advantage
The greatest advantage of our model is that we sell annual service contracts which enables great potential for consistent growth. Each month as you sign additional contracts they build on the previous months sales. So, you don’t start over each month, too often a frustration in retail and other service franchises.

Certified independent Contractors
City Wide utilizes independent business owners who specialize in the services we sell. We act as their sales department and they act as our staffing department. This removes us from recruiting, hiring and training the workers, as well as, dealing with all of the headaches associated with an employee intensive business.

By partnering with strong operational companies with the technical expertise, we can focus on what we do best – sales and managing the process.

Start Up Cost.
You will be starting a business from scratch, you must have the ability to work without a salary for about a year AND be able to secure a line of credit for working capital for about $150,000.
