Contours Express® Fitness & Weight Loss Studio is dedicated to helping women across the globe achieve their fitness goals. Since 1998, we have provided a fun, friendly environment where, in just 29 minutes, women of all fitness levels can improve the way they look and – more importantly – the way they feel about themselves. Our exciting CardioFit™ exercise system with weight-bearing equipment (no more plateaus after only a few months) was designed especially for women and develops lean muscle, increases metabolism, and improves bone density, helping to prevent osteoporosis, while burning up to 600 calories! This, in combination with our proven weight-loss system, can help women quickly reach their most personal goals.

We have been involved in the fitness industry for over two decades and have learned that most women, when given the chance, would rather work out with other women in a comfortable environment designed specifically for them. Our CardioFit exercise system consists of a sixteen-piece training circuit, alternating strength training machines with aerobic stations. A cue tape keeps members moving through the circuit at a fast pace while a fitness trainer provides motivation. After only 29 minutes, members of all fitness levels have strengthened, shaped, and toned all their major muscle groups, worked their cardiovascular system, and burned up to 600 calories!
Low Initial Investment!
 Our volume buying allows us to give you the equipment, franchise privileges, business systems, services, and training for less than the retail price of the equipment alone. The investment for a Contours Express franchise is only $29,990, which includes our exclusive sixteen-piece CardioFit circuit, cue tape, and wall charts. Also included is our "Fit-Biz" training, which lasts four days and includes extensive training on all business systems, plus on-site support from one of our fitness professionals who will work with you the first few days of operation. Other costs may be deposits, utilities, equipment, delivery and setup, lease space build out, initial advertising, and travel for "Fit-Biz" training. Total initial investment, including working capital, can range from $40,000 to $55,000.
