Please Click Here for a PDF version to follow along with audio presentation.

Description
On July 1, 2008 the familiar UFOC will be obsolete, replaced with the new Franchise Disclosure Document ( the "FDD"). Our Webinar will educate you on the new terminology, new format, changes in delivery requirements, and the items in the disclosure document most changed by the new rule.

Whether you are an experienced, old-hand at franchising or a start up franchisor, you will benefit by tuning into this Webinar.

The presentation and discussion will be moderated by Mary E. Tomzack, president of FranchiseHelp and www.FranchiseHelp.com. Individual questions will be answered by presenters as time permits.
