The staff of the Franchise Support Center of Wild Birds Unlimited works to develop a long-term relationship with the WBU franchisees. We have found a mutual comfort level is the first step toward building a solid foundation.  We begin building the relationship with the very first inquiry.

Training at our Franchise Support Center will give you the confidence and foundation necessary to plan for your store opening and your future as a retailer.  We’ve structured a training program that will provide you with an in-depth education on operating your Wild Birds Unlimited store.  You’ll receive training in Professional Retail Management, a multi-faceted curriculum geared to prepare you for the fast-paced world of retailing.

The support services we offer to our franchisees enable them to function confidently in a retail environment. Our Field Consultants provide a direct link between the franchisee and the Franchise Support Center to ensure coordination of all systems, services and programs of our retail operations.

We offer: field visits, marketing programs, product purchasing programs, market research, merchandising programs, monthly newsletters, an annual meeting, vendor program development, strategic alliances, a toll-free number to Franchise Support Center and information systems.  We also offer on-going CD Rom based training for franchisees and their employees.
