FranNet now has more than 55 offices in five countries. In 2006, Bassuk sold his interest in the company to two longtime FranNet associates, Steven A. Rosen in Philadelphia, and Jack Armstrong in New Jersey. FranNet is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.
