FranNet was founded in 1987 by Howard Bassuk, and has grown to a multi- national organization of expert franchise brokers, including many individual brokers withy more than 20 years of franchise development experience. FranNet now has more than 55 offices in five countries. In 2006, Bassuk sold his interest in the company to two longtime FranNet associates, Steven A. Rosen in Philadelphia, and Jack Armstrong in New Jersey. FranNet is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.
