The Industry The Automotive Reconditioning Industry is booming and AutoXcel has the drive to be the leader in this exciting and growing industry. Several factors play a role in the success of the industry: First, as the price for new automobiles continues to rise and the economy remains dull, car owners want to keep their automobiles for as long as they possibly can and often seek to maintain the look of their vehicles as they age. Secondly, many vehicles are leased. Once the lease is up, car dealerships will need to have these vehicles reconditioned so they will sell quickly and for a lucrative price. Now is the time to join the automotive reconditioning industry!

Two Types of Franchises

****At AutoXcel franchise options are geared toward different aptitudes, drive and investment abilties. AutoXcel offers two types of franchises: the Non-Exclusive and theExclusiveTerritoryfranchise.

1. Non-exclusiveTerritoryFranchise permits either paint repair or interior repair services or both at the start of your franchise. The initial franchise fee is $9,950.
2. ExclusiveTerritoryFranchise permits and grants the right to offer exterior paint, interior and services that may be added later. The territory is exclusive to you for you to grow, including the opportunity to have your own store location. There is no extra charge to you for your additional training as a franchisee. The initial franchise fee is $25,000, $35,000 or $45,000 depending on the territory

Personalized Training and Follow Up Our paint and interior training programs are designed to enable new franchisees to have the tools necessary to start their businesses off right. Unlike other programs, our training consists of intensive, real-life jobs on dealership vehicles. In addition, our representatives will assist you first hand in account acquisition in your territory.

Ongoing Training & Support AutoXcel's staff is available to provide ongoing technical and business support. In addition, you will receive regular updates and newsletters on the products and systems AutoXcel authorizes, as new technology becomes available. Additionally, at our annual convention, AutoXcel franchise members have the opportunity to learn from one another.

Fair Entry Fees and Low Royalties AutoXcel has two levels of franchises suited to fit an individual's investment capability. Our entry fees for the non-exclusive territory and the exclusive territory franchisee are both reasonably priced, and the royalty structure is the same for all franchisees -- starting at 6% and dropping as low as 5%.

Quality Products AutoXcel is proud of our product partners. As a franchisee, you will carry the distinction of having the best products available to your customers. Once certified by us, you will be able to proudly display the AutoXcel brand as well as the logos of our vendor partners, in accordance with the franchise agreement.
