The Franchise offered is for a “Zyng Noodlery” which specializes in the sale of Asian style foods, including soups, noodles, rice and various dim sum items, teas, as well as desserts and alcoholic beverages prepared in accordance with company recipes and specifications. The Restaurants are generally located within strip shopping centers, urban locations, and universities, colleges, sports arenas, train stations airports and other similar non-traditional facilities with a captive market customer base. The franchisor does not currently own or operate any Restaurants, but their Affiliate owns and franchises seven Restaurants in Canada.

The Franchise Agreement grants the franchisee the right to operate a Restaurant at a single location he/she selects within the Assigned Area and that the Franchisor approves. The franchisee must operate the Restaurant only at this accepted location and may not relocate the Restaurant within first obtaining the company’s written consent. The franchisee may not establish or operate another Restaurant unless he/she enters into a separate Franchise Agreement.

It will generally consist of a contiguous property controlled by the landlord in which the Restaurant is located, such as the shopping mall, airport terminal, university campus or hospital. The offering is generally for a Restaurant of approximately 3,000 to 3,500 square feet located in an in-line space, in strip shopping centers or in urban locations.
