Franchisee Qualifications

As a 2nd Shift Sewer & Plumbing® franchisee, your target will be both residential and corporate customers needing 24/7 plumbing and sewer services.

Franchisee candidates must meet or be willing to meet the following qualifications:

• Provide excellent, top-of-the-line customer service

• Are licensed plumbers or individuals who have a licensed plumber involved in the business

• Are willing to complete service the same day

• Give FREE estimates on the spot

• Provide Emergency services for no additional fees

• Provide 24/7 phone service

• Be competitively priced

• Leave the house cleaner than when you got there upon completion of a job

Your primary responsibility as a franchisee will be to manage the day-to-day operations, offer quality customer service, coordinate, set up, and manage sales, while providing quality services.
