Bear Creek Coffee Drive-Thru Units Our Double Drive -Thru service provides an alternative to the traditional coffee shop. Customers drive up to our service windows to "get it and go", without ever leaving their cars. "Keep 'em coming back!" by offering the customer convenience, speed and a quality product. $124,900 includes the standard 8' X 22' building, and all equipment, training and licensing.

You will incur approx. $40,000 to $70,000 in additional costs for things like site improvements, real estate fees, zoning and permitting, engineering fees, opening inventory, & shipping the building.
