Training and Support BlueGrace provides a five-day extensive initial training program for our new franchise owners at our corporate headquarters. There is no fee for tuition and training materials for the owner and one full-time employee for your first franchised business. The training covers operations, our technology system, sales and industry background. We also loan owners a copy of our Confidential Operating Manual, handbooks and other related materials. If training of additional personnel is requested, we may provide that for an additional cost. If you have some experience in this industry, it will of course be helpful in decreasing the time in the initial learning curve, but BlueGrace provides comprehensive training, orientation, and on-going support for our franchisees. After your training is complete, you will have access to the entire BlueGrace team.

HOW TO START A FRANCHISE WITH BLUEGRACE

BlueGrace Logistics is happy to explain the steps involved in becoming a franchise business owner (sometimes referred to as franchisee or franchise owner). We have done our best to make the process as detailed, clear and easy to follow as possible. 1.Submit the BlueGrace Franchise Inquiry Form The first step in starting a franchise is to complete our electronic franchise inquiry form. Once we receive this, one of our franchise representatives will get in touch with you within 24 hours to gather some preliminary information from you and answer your initial questions. If you interested in the opportunity we will set up an introduction call. 2.Introduction to BlueGrace During the introduction call, our Vice President of Business Development, KJ McMasters, will provide an informal introduction to BlueGrace, focusing on the main services we provide, our customers, our operating philosophy and what we think sets BlueGrace apart from our competitors and has been responsible for our success. If you and Mr. McMasters agree that BlueGrace may be a good fit for you, the next step will be for you to submit a Franchise Application. 3.Franchise Application Approval We will make our decision about your franchise application, and notify you, within 1-2 weeks. This approval is not acceptance to become a franchisee; it is simply the qualification to move along to the discovery process. 4.Discovery Process If your Franchise Application is accepted, we will enter into more formal discovery telephone discussions that will include an online demonstration of our technology and systems, a more in-depth look at your market area and the requirements to become a BlueGrace franchise business owner, and scheduling your in-person visit to our corporate headquarters in Riverview, Florida. 5.BlueGrace Tour The best way for you to really know if our franchise is what you are looking for is to see our facilities and meet our people in person. Before the meeting you will be asked to sign a Confidentiality Agreement. During your tour of BlueGrace, you will meet with our leadership team and department leaders and see live demonstrations of our system in action. 6.Franchise Documentation The presentation and finalization of all paperwork necessary to complete your franchise purchase will be made in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, initially beginning with the presentation of BlueGrace's Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
