Camille’s Franchise System, Inc. offers franchises for the operation of“Camille’s Sidewalk Café” restaurants offering wraps, sandwiches, baked goods, gourmet coffees, smoothies and other beverages on a dine-in, take-out and and delivery service in high volume malls, retail centers and other high traffic commercial locations throughout the United States.

Under the Franchise Agreement, the company grants the franchisee the right to operate a Restaurant at a specific location. The company will not grant the franchisee an exclusive territory. The site of the Restaurant will be inserted in the Franchise Agreement prior to signing. Relocation of Restaurant requires prior written approval.
Under the Area Development Agreement, the company grants the franchisee the right to develop and operate the number of Camille’s Sidewalk Café Restaurants in the Development Area that is specified in the Development Schedule. The actual size of the Development Area will vary depending upon the availability of contiguous markets, long-range development plans, the franchisee’s financial and operational resources, population and marketing conditions. The responsibility to locate and prepare a sufficient number of suitable sites is solely that of thefranchisee and the company has no obligation to approve sites which do not meet sites criteria.
Camille’s Franchise System, Inc., formerly known as Camille’s Franchise System, L.L.C., is an Oklahoma corporation formed on January 2, 2002 that does business under the names “Camille’s Sidewalk Café” and “Camille’s Franchise System.” The owners of Camille’s also own a related business, Camille’s Sidewalk Café, LLC, which was the original franchisor of Camille’s Sidewalk Café restaurants. The company does not have any predecessors or affiliates.
