Since opening its first location, Everything Christmas has learned the business from the inside out and now has multiple operating locations each season. The store offers a unique mix of Christmas and New Years related items and accessories that are in high demand each winter. Typically, this will include items such as: artificial wreaths, trees, decorations, wrapping paper, gift bags, and Christmas lights. After Christmas, most items are discounted 50% off until New Years Day in order to clean out as much inventory as possible. Whatever is not sold is stored until the next Christmas season!

Locations will range in size from 2,000 to 25,000 square feet, depending on seasonal availability, and will be located in strip centers or malls with rent per square foot of $10 to $25. Parking must be an absolute priority as the holiday shopping months generally reach their capacity. The corporate locations in New York are vary from year to year in size but are located in typical markets for the franchise expansion plans. The locations should be highly visible from the street and allow for walk in foot traffic. The location should be open and allow for the customer to easily find products and see the prominent displays. A counter will be at the front of the operation and is where customer is checked out and greeted from. Employees and management in the store should be courteous, professional and know about the merchandise carried in the store.
