History of Fit4Mom Franchises
In 2001, Lisa Druxman started Stroller Strides based in San Diego, CA. As a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, Druxman used her expertise and experience to create a program that brought women together to gain the strength and support needed for motherhood. Four years later, the business began offering franchise opportunities. From 2008-2012, Druxman expanded programming to include three other classes, and a variety of retails products. In 2013, the company was re-branded as FIT4MOM. There are over 1500 class locations across the country.
