The franchise is for the operation of retail and/or industrial facilities operating under the “GarageTek” name which sell customized garage organization systems and installation services together with specifically designed accessories and related products. The actual organization products are specifically manufactured and designed by and for the franchisor for the purpose of selling these branded products exclusively through the company’s patented “TekWall” systerm.
The Franchise Agreement grants the franchisee the right to operate their Facility only at the approved location. GarageTek will grant the franchisee an exclusive territory. The franchisor will not establish, nor allow another franchise owner to establish, another facility located within the counties that make up the franchisee’s area. The Exclusive Territory will be based upon the number of counties in an area of approximately between 40 and 60 miles.
