Garfield's offers a broad menu of creative American dishes, developed to address to the community's changing tastes. They've got something for everyone, from creative munchies to nutritional salads, tender steaks and sizzling regional favorites. In 1984, the first Garfield's restaurant opened in Edmond, Oklahoma. They began serving burgers, sandwiches, steaks and liquor and beer in a fun atmosphere. As a result of their success, Eateries has grown Garfield's into a chain of 58 dinner house restaurants in middle markets across most of the Eastern half of the country.
