History of Hokulia Shave Ice Franchises
In 2008, Stefani and Clint Severson were inspired to open a shaved ice shack business after sampling some shaved ice dessert during a trip to the Hawaiian islands. Based out of Utah, Hokulia Shave Ice has seen exponential growth over the past four years due to its successful franchising plan and the financial backing of the 90-year-strong Farr's Ice Cream Company. Today, Hokulia has multiple locations throughout Utah, Idaho, Montana, Georgia, California, Wyoming, Nebraska and Alaska and nine future locations that span over four states.
