Dan and Julie Volmert recognized the need for a true sports bar & grill in the St. Louis, Missouri market more than 20 years ago. They created Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill in 1990 to meet that need with a unique combination of "All The Games All The Time," pool, darts, video games, and food. Since 1990, Dan and Julie have been continuously involved with improving the Hotshots system and growing into what we are today; a growing franchise with an excellent reputation in the industry. Dan and Julie have become leaders in the marketing of products and dynamic trendsetting; their concepts are continually mimicked but never successfully copied.

In addition to the numerous activities, Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill provides a diverse menu with appetizers, soup, salads, sandwiches, pizza, burgers and entrees as well as lunch specials every day. We have become famous for our "Hotshots Hot Wings" and "St. Louis Style Pizza."

Many places call themselves a "Sports Bar" but adding several TV's to a restaurant does not make it a Sports Bar. Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill is an interactive sports venue with pool tables, darts, video games and television. We offer the best in sports programming on high definition televisions. Our motto, "All the Games, All the Time" is something we stand by firmly. We believe in active sports. We want our customers to participate in pool, darts or other activities to give them an experience beyond "going to the bar." Our nightly specials and promotions keep the atmosphere fun and ever changing so the guests always have a great experience and return for more fun. Franchisees receive support in all areas before opening and after opening. Prior to opening, franchisees can expect support with Site Selection and Lease Negotiation, complete Store Layout and Design and a dedicated Project Manager to assist with the opening process.

During the construction process we have a 6 week In-Store Training program for franchisees and their managers. During the training process franchisees will learn all aspects of operations and management of a Hotshots Sports Bar and Grill. During the Grand Opening we send our training staff to the franchise location for 5 days during opening to ensure they get the jump start needed for success. Once opened each franchisee has a dedicated support member helping each franchisee achieve their goals.
