Image One® is a full-service commercial janitorial franchise. Our services include daily to weekly janitorial service, as well as add on services such as hard surface floor care, carpet cleaning, post construction cleaning, and limited window washing.

Corporate will assist franchise owners with internet lead development through SEO & social media, we well as telemarketing, and even onsite cold calling with the franchisee. This support helps to provide a quicker ramp-up and scaling of the business. The business is strictly B2B, dealing only with a commercial clientele.

TRAINING & SUPPORT:

All of us at Image One are committed to the success of the franchise owners. The business model provides them everything they need to run, grow and manage their business, including:

Training:

Module 1 is a week initial training for the franchisee at corporate headquarters. This training covers sales and operations as well as using the proprietary software developed for bidding and estimating as well as maintaining clientele.

Module 2 is a week of training in the franchisee’s territory and will focus on sales and marketing. A representative of Image One will spend a week with the franchisee or their designated sales person working on sales in their market, including cold calling, telemarketing, networking, and assistance setting up a grand opening event with a local chamber of commerce if desired.

Module 3 is an additional week of training in the franchisee’s territory and will focus on operations. A representative of Image One will spend a week with the franchisee or their designated operations person working on customer service, inspections, communication and client retention. Additionally, time with the franchisee will focus on growth goals and accountability to those goals.

Ongoing Support: There are nearly 20 corporate team members that are supporting our franchise owners. Regular field visits and coaching calls are provided by the founders and executive management team, designed to support all aspects of the business.

Additionally Image One provides:

  • An in house Telemarketing/Phone Room for Incoming Calls & Generating Leads
  • Accounting Functions Performed by Image One HQ. All invoicing & collections handled for the franchisee.
