We have a state-of-the-art Flood House - #22 in the US – which is a $200K house built inside our Experience Center in Dallas that we use to train franchisees and their teams from mold remediation to flood damage restoration.

Our competitors typically make their franchisees pay for this type of equipment as part of their start-up costs. But not us!
Franchise Training
Our new franchisee Academy Training lasts for 13-15 days and is conducted both virtually and in person at our Experience Center in Dallas. The classroom and hands-on training portion consists of 80 hours spread over 10 days.
You will learn everything you need to know to start strong – from administration, office set-up, and technology, to water damage restoration training where we flood the Lightspeed flood house to replicate situations you will encounter working in the business. This real-world simulation allows our experienced instructors to teach hands-on advanced mitigation and restoration techniques, cleaning methods, and demonstrate using the latest equipment and technology so you can walk onto your first job already confident in your restoration skills.
