Mad for Chicken’s pioneer store opened in 2006 in Flushing, New York with the goal of providing superior food and service to its customers. Due to the popularity and high demand for their products, they expanded their franchise to Brooklyn, New York - bringing the same specialty in the neighborhood and it was received with the same amount of welcome by customers in that area.

Currently, Mad for Chicken is in its third franchise brand opening in Sunnyside, New York.
