Our people:Caliber takes exclusive steps to hire and screen only the best, mosttrustworthy drivers and assistants. Only about one in 25 applicants makesthe grade with us. We only interview drivers who have at least two years ofexperience. Then we thoroughly check references, national criminalbackgrounds, driving records, legal right-to-work documentation and drugscreening.

Our training:For starters, we only hire drivers with a minimum of two years ofexperience. Then we provide initial training and continuous education withthe latest driver care insights on a monthly basis. Our exclusive TransportCare training program covers safe driving, in-care safety, accidentavoidance, and patient transport. Finally, Caliber administers AmericanHeart Association® CPR, First Aid, and AED training and certification.
