Meltwich is obsessed with cheese! So we celebrate cheese in all of its deliciously ooey-gooey forms! We currently use 7 kinds of cheese at Meltwich, but we’re constantly experimenting with new ingredients.  Our burgers are made with Certified Angus beef that is Raised without Antibiotics and also Halal certified.  We use a Canadian-made Brioche bun with a rich, sweet taste and our bread is made especially for us in sourdough and multigrain.  We use Kennebec potatoes for our fries because their firm and low-moisture flesh are perfect for frying.  For our best-selling item, our Poutines, we use Quebec cheese curds smothered in our signature Meltwich gravy.  Deliciousness guaranteed!
