Multi Unit Franchise's Available

Muscle Maker Grillwill, in some instances, allow for an individual franchisee to obtain the exclusive rights to develop and operate multiple restaurants in a specified territory. In order to determine if an individual is qualified to run multiple units, we will do an analysis to determine the potential franchisee's ability to finance the development, attain qualified managers and ensure their background is conducive to multi-unit operations.

If approved, the franchisee will sign a Multi-Unit Development Agreement which will include a development schedule outlining the timeline in which a specified number ofMuscle Maker Grillrestaurants will open in the territory. The franchisee will be required to pay a development fee equal to the full current initial Franchise Fee for the first restaurant plus a deposit toward the Franchise Fee for each additional restaurant to be developed according to the development schedule. A separate Franchise Agreement will be required for each restaurant.

Our franchisees are closely tied to the communities in which they serve, thus we require eachMuscle Maker Grillrestaurant to have an Operating Partner. In order to open aMuscle Maker Grillrestaurant, a franchisee must have $100,000 in liquid assets and a minimum net worth of $250,000.

We designMuscle Maker Grillrestaurants to keep your costs low. A franchisee's complete investment will depend on the store location, size and extent of renovations required.

Initial startup costs include the Franchise Fee of $35,000, leasehold improvements and equipment, and ongoing payments include a 5% Royalty Fee, 1% National Advertising Ad fund and 2% Local Restaurant Advertising fee. There is a possibility that in some markets where critical mass has been reached the potential for the 2% Local Advertising fee may be replaced by a 2% cooperative advertising fee.

Training / Support

Previous restaurant experience is not required to own aMuscle Maker Grill franchise, as we'll provide you with comprehensive support and training. Every member of our executive team has years of experience in the restaurant industry and are always available to offer their assistance.

Prior to opening your restaurant, you will complete a thorough training program and will be given guidance in store design and equipment purchasing.

As a franchisee you will be given access to proven formulas and operational systems as well as an operations manual. To ensure your restaurant is operating efficiently, we will conduct periodic evaluations and offer ongoing support.
