Palmetto Twist University - You’ll arrive in Spartanburg, SC approximately 4 to 6 weeks before your store will open its doors where you’ll be trained on the equipment and in the retail setting identical to your future store.

Grand Opening Support - We provide 5 days of on site grand opening training and support. We arrive three days prior to your grand opening date to make sure the store and staff are ready for the big day. The first two days of your store operation we will be there to make sure that every aspect is running smoothly and help you deal with the media you will attract.
