Our Training
Training Includes:
Each franchisee will be required to visit Piadina Cafe headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts for the initial training. The franchisee will have a comprehensive understanding of how to run the business. Everything from ordering, hiring, firing, servicing, and cleaning will be addressed in the two phases of the Piadina Cafe training program and will be enforced via the Operations Manual.

Territory Selection
When you join the Piadini team you have the choice of a new start-up business or you can convert your current commercial facility to fit under the Piadini umbrella. You will also be given an exclusive territory of approximately 100,000 population base to develop. Piadini is always looking for expansion opportunities in new markets!
