The Pizza Inn Buffet restaurant provides a family-style atmosphere with our full selection of pizzas, pasta, salads, sandwiches, appetizers, desserts, and beverages. Generally, the business operates with a pretty evenly divided mix of dine-in, carryout and delivery. In addition, we offer both a lunch and dinner buffet, often on a daily basis. Convenient delivery/carryout service is a very important component of this concept and targets the broad consumer base preferring "Pizza At Home". A typical Buffet unit ranges from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet, with seating capacities of 120 to 185 people or more. Although this restaurant is typically constructed as a freestanding building, it can also be located in retail strip centers.
The Pizza Inn delivery/carryout concept is ideal for your customers on the go. These units are focused on the unprecedented delivery demands of today's consumer, complimented with convenient take-out counter service. The Delco offers a full menu of pizzas, pasta, salads, sandwiches, appetizers, desserts and beverages. Square footage for these units typically range from 900 to 1,200 square feet. They are usually located in retail strip centers adjacent to sufficiently populated areas to ensure a strong delivery base. Good visibility and high traffic counts are important elements of a successful Delco.
Flexible in both size and locale, this "mini" version of the Pizza Inn franchise operation is ideal for numerous "on the go" sites. This concept offers the customer a limited menu centered on Pizza Inn's pizzas along with several appetizers, all made with the same quality ingredients found throughout our chain. Advantages include a low initial investment, minimal space (only 200-400 sq. ft.) and a simplified menu for lower operating and labor cost. This non-traditional restaurant is great for convenience stores, airports, hotels, travel plazas, college dining halls and other high-traffic locations.
