The capital required to open a unit is $70,000. The franchise expects its new franchisees to have a net worth of at least $100,000. $70,000 is the minimum that someone opening a location should expect to invest. The most the franchisor could ask you to invest is $100,000 if you want to become a franchisee. There are currently 190 RainSoft units in operation.
