Founded in 1973 on Savannah's historic waterfront, the original River Street Sweets is the city's oldest candy store, today operated by siblings Jennifer and Tim Strickland. Just down the street, their father ''Stan the Candy Man" Strickland operates Savannah's Candy Kitchen, one of the largest candy stores in the South since 1991.

For over 40 years, the Strickland family of Savannah, Georgia has made the South synonymous with handmade Southern Sweets. From World Famous Pralines®, saltwater taffy, hand stretched peanut brittle to homemade pecan pies, our made-from-scratch Southern delicacies are known worldwide.

You can offer a range of other sweet treats, including cool and creamy ice cream, caramel popcorn, fudge, chocolate covered strawberries, and more!
