It all started in 2013 when Steve Halloran, a corporate leader with a love for boxing and functional training, opened the first version of a RockBox studio. His dedication quickly attracted a loyal member base, and soon Roger Martin, then a pharmaceutical executive, joined the movement—leaving his corporate job to help scale RockBox through franchising.
By 2019, the concept had taken off. Today, RockBox Fitness has over 40 locations open and more than 150 awarded across the country.
