Sandella's Flatbread Cafe

Sandella's has a chain of more than 125 licensed quick-service bistros in more than 20 states operating under the name Sandella's Cafe. The restaurants offer wraps, sandwiches, pizzas, and noodle dishes. Sandella's has stores in food courts, hospitals, and university campuses; it also operates co-branded locations with coffee shops and other food outlets. The company's licensees include on-site operators Compass Group and Sodexo. CEO Mike Stimola founded the company in 1994 and began franchising in 1998.
