About Us
The Chill Room is a family-owned and operated social destination for those who want a chill place to hang out. Currently, the business is located in Lake Worth, Florida and is run by founder Robert Cartagine, his wife, and his two young adults. The Chill Room is a place where guests can go to enjoy a shell of hand-selected Kava, Botanical Tea, Kona coffee, a round of Hookah with friends and family, and even stock up in the retail vape and smoke shop supplied with the latest goods and merchandise. We are seeking franchisees who are looking to join the upscale lounge business model, sharing in our vision as we grow nationwide.
Training and Support
We know that starting your own business is a big decision, that's why we want to be there for our franchisees every step of the way. Our training takes place over the course of two weeks — one week in-house and one week on customer site. We will provide operational support, marketing support, and ongoing research and development. Our team will help you source the perfect location in your community as well as help with the store's design.
- Operational Support: Unit operations, maintenance, customer service techniques, product ordering, pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures
- Marketing Support: Development of advertising materials and strategies, consumer marketing plans and materials
- Ongoing Research and Development: Continued research methods and techniques to enhance unit-level profitability
