The Firkin Group of Pubs

The Firkin Group of Pubs are neighborhood establishments based on the authentic English pub experience. Each location offers a full-service restaurant and pub, serving lunch, dinner, brunch, and late-night fare, including starters, salads, entrees, sandwiches, daily specials that are unique to each pub, and various beers and wines. Each Firkin pub is a little bit different from the next, with a name of a mascot paired with Firkin such as "The Firkin & Fox" or the "Firkin & Hound." Franchisees receive extensive training, along with support in real estate selection, design and construction, vendor relationships, and employee hiring.
