AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED!

Tuffy is looking for customer focused, ethical business owners. Our franchisees come from many different walks of life. A background in Auto Repair is not needed to run a successful Tuffy® Tire & Auto Service Center, but can be helpful.

It’s important that Tuffy franchise partners have:

• A minimum net worth of $250,000 and liquid assets of at least $100,000
  
• The ability to obtain financing
  
• Enthusiasm for the brand and business ownership
  
• Energetic self-starter
  
• Organized, communicator, & interpersonal skills
  
• Customer service a must
  
• Ability to manage & lead employee’s
  
• Ability to network in the community
  
• Sales experience a plus
