Winning Spirit Coach was founded by Tom Mitchell who is a performance coach, author, and speaker. With over 35 years of coaching, he was given the opportunity to work closely with many individuals and teams within a wide variety of industries. His passion for life coaching led him to explore boundaries and a varied career as a college coach and professor, motivational speaker, NBA sport psychology counselor, business coach, and team-building consultant.
The method that Winning Spirit Coach offers requires both self-reflection and dedicated practice while our coaches teach intangible skills including communication, feedback, and presence. We are growing and seeking new franchisees to join our growing team. Tom is deeply committed to helping facilitate the personal and professional growth of the people he coaches, and we expect to find franchisees that will share the same commitment. The franchisees will use simple and proven practices designed to increase clarity, confidence, energy, and motivation.
