Yogurtland was founded in February 2006 by Phillip Chang, who serves as the company CEO and president. After immigrating to the United States and becoming a U.S. citizen, Change was inspired by the idea of customer involvement with the products they consume and devised the first Yogurtland store in Fullerton, California, in which customers help themselves.
