The company operates on a 3 tiered process of Clean -- Clean the cartridge thoroughly and inspecting for defects and wear and only the parts which meet the organizations standards, Refill -- After meeting the requirements the cartridges are refilled and Test -- Every cartridge is tested to ensure it has been filled to equal or more capacity than usual. The cartridges are tested on a physical printer and then after meeting approval returned to the customer.
