Summary of AnswerCare’s story

AnswerCare was founded in 2012 by Jordan Bucar. He experienced first-hand what it was like to care for an aging loved one and saw his family in the reverse caregiving role providing personal care to his elderly grandparents. Everyone knows someone who needs this type of care and Jordan started AnswerCare to be the answer to families who are in need of help with their own time management and their own loved ones. We know what it’s like, we’ve been there. Prior to starting the first AnswerCare, Jordan studied hospital administration, long term care administration, gerontology and business at Ohio University which let him to an AIT position with the Heart Care at Home Care Program within Cleveland Clinic’s Neurological Institute. His experience since creating the first AnswerCare led him to develop a battle tested blueprint on how to replicate the business in other cities. Since 2012, AnswerCare has opened up a total of 6 offices throughout Ohio helping to create thousands of jobs and providing personal care to seniors and assisting thousands of families over the years.
