Overview

Our company has carefully created a uniquely comfortable atmosphere. Of course, costs for furniture, fixtures and equipment, and leasehold improvements for restaurants will vary by location. Other costs include franchise fees, hiring and training restaurant staff, grand opening advertising and public relations associated with a new opening.

The most important consideration in investment costs lies in the size of the building and property which is approximately 80,000 square feet including parking facility. The restaurant should be approximately 7500 square feet and should accommodate approximately 160 to 250 customers. The parking facility should accommodate 130 to 150 parking spaces.

The success of the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurants concept is based upon the uniform quality and service being delivered at all levels of operations from each franchised location. Training is a high priority and we have made a major commitment of time and resources developing a complete curriculum. New franchisees and store management participate in our comprehensive training program. This full-scale education experience encompasses in-store training in a live restaurant operation.

Each franchisee learns how a store is operated in accordance with corporate standards for cleanliness, performance, quality of food, service, and operational efficiency.
