Education, Training, Support
At the start, each technician franchisee receives:
- Two days of business instruction
- 100 hours learning the fundamentals of our vehicle cosmetic repair methods
Once the technician franchisee arrives on site the local Area Developer helps establish the technician's first accounts.
No business prospers on initial education alone. Therefore, we maintain a local and national program of ongoing support, training and education.
