The franchise serves familiar fast-casual American-Mexican staples, but with a custom twist: menu items include burritos, bowls, tacos, nachos and quesadillas, and customers get to customize their order with 16 protein varieties and vegetarian options. In addition, Bubbakoo's features its signature lightly fried panko-crusted cheesy rice ball smothered with nacho cheese and topped with the diner's choice of meat, seafood, or vegetables - aka the Chiwawa.
