Facts & figures
Consolidated Cleaning Systems (CCS) is great because it gives people the opportunity to enter the commercial cleaning (CC) business and receive comprehensive training on all aspects of this industry. The CC industry is wonderful because it offers the benefit of recurring revenue streams. Clients sign contracts ranging from 1 to 4 years, and usually will renew if the service is performed properly. CCS is based on a number of these revenue streams. Whereas most CC franchise companies focus on small to mid-level companies, the CCS model works with large and government contracts as well.
At CCS we realize that there are many choices when it comes to purchasing a commercial cleaning franchise. Many will have lower initial investments; but beware, this can be deceiving! The low entry point will get the franchisee a tiny amount of business. If they want more they have to pay for it, generally 3 times the monthly gross of a contract. The franchisee has no control over how the account was priced and is not privy to the discussions between the salesperson and the client. Most salespersons will do anything to get the signed contract- that’s how they make the majority of their money. They are never held accountable for writing an incorrectly priced account or for over promising to the client. The franchisee gets stuck with the negative fallout from their bad work. Once they agree to accept the account the franchisee is on the hook financially. If they perform badly the franchisor will step in and take the contract and sell it to another franchisee (churning). In the end the franchisee burns out and gives up, while the franchisor moves onto to the next franchisee. In the CCS Cleans system the franchisee will not be stuck holding the bag; they will be able to control their own financial destiny and will reap the rewards of their hard work. Accounts will not be churned as the franchisor will not be under any pressure to provide contracts to other franchisees.
