In business over a decade, Turn Eight Crepe opened its doors in 2013.  Our crepes stem from a very popular Japanese street food in Harajuku Japan. Its our vision is to bring a Japanese product to America and introduce a scalable business which focuses on superior customer service, presentation and quality.

The name ‘Eight Turn’ comes from the deep, Asian reverence and respect for the number eight. The number EIGHT (八 ) (hachi) (in Japanese) signifies happiness and prosperity. It is also symbolic of the concept of infinity. Happiness and Prosperity Forever.

Our founder has over 20 years of Food & Beverage and hospitality experience and has opened restaurants all over the world, some even being world famous. The team consists of highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in multi-faceted areas of business, whose combined expertise offers a comprehensive range of solutions.

Training

Eight Turn Crepe offers a minimum 2-week training, as well as ongoing operational training. Instructional materials consist of the Operating Manual and other materials, lectures, discussions, and on-the-job demonstration and practice. Training will teach you how to operate and manage your location in the front of house, back of house and all your technology, such as the POS system. There are also monthly conference calls with franchisees and a mentor for the life of your franchise agreement.

Support

Eight Turn Crepe offers support for franchisees from signing through the life of the agreement. They offer support for site selection & build out, recipe and menu development, vendor and equipment selection, grand opening plan creation, on-site assistance during grand opening, overall business support, and a dedicated support line. There is also ongoing marketing support provided, as you develop your local marketing plan.
