The name says ‘garage’ because many people utilize our services for their garages. However, we also provide service for porches, patios, basements, and more. • An active owner who focuses on doing jobs and quality assurance, then hires a sales manager to do estimates:  The owner hires a helper, creates the culture, does the jobs, makes sure the jobs are performed to the standards, AND does all the behind-the-scenes things that owners do (marketing, finances, etc). The sales manager does the estimates, books jobs, focuses on growing the business
• An executive owner focusing on managing the manager: The owner hires a technician and a helper, creates the culture, AND does all the behind-the-scenes things that owners do (marketing, finances, etc). The sales manager does the estimates, books jobs, quality assurance, and focuses on growing the business
