Welcome to KoKoPelli Sonoran GrillKoKopelli Sonoran Grill is a fast-casual Tex-Mex restaurant specializing in made-to-order big-burritos, tacos, fajitas, and other Tex-Mex favorites made with all-fresh ingredients and only of the highest quality meats, chicken, and seafood products at a reasonable price. Customers choose from freshly grilled chicken, steak, shrimp and fish and proceed down the ordering line while their order is being prepared in front of them. For those customers that are concerned about their health and waistline, KoKopelli\'s offers a "Heart Smart" and "low carb" menu as well. The typical square footage is 2200-2600 sq/ft., with seating for 65-85 inside and 30 in a patio setting.

History KoKoPelli first opened its doors in Phoenix, Arizona in 1997, and positioned itself as the premier quick-casual Sonoran concept in the Southwest.

National Marketing and Public Relations Program KoKoPelli will provide a complete national marketing and public relations program to insure the national rollout program is maximized. Construction and Construction Management KoKoPelli has formed an alliance with several national restaurant construction companies to act as contractor and construction management for all franchise and corporate restaurants.

Two-phased Training Program KoKoPelli provides a complete two-phase training program designed to enhance a new franchisees ability to open successfully.

OperationsKoKoPelli has created a fully functional operations department for the Company. The operations department will work with new franchisees to help insure their success.

Website and Intranet KoKoPelli takes all of the components of the franchise operating system and places it on an intranet site that is password protected and secure. This will enable us to constantly add to and improve our current operating manuals, while keeping the franchisee system updated with the most current information.
