Operational Requirements
Each franchise candidate must have a person on his or her team with general contracting, mechanical or electrical engineering, architectural, plumbing, HVAC, service repair or project management experience. Proven executive leadership skills are also required for large metropolitan markets. General Managers must have extensive experience in contracting or engineering with a history of superior customer service and project management. He or she must also reside within the desired market.
