Owned by Regis Corp, magicuts is among five other brands owned by Regis, including City Looks, Cost Cutters Family Hair Care, First Choice Hair Cutters, Pro-Cuts and Supercuts. In 1982 Magicuts started looking for franchise partners, only a year after conception. Today there are over 180 locations across Canada with over half of them owned by franchisees.
