Founded in 1981, Magicuts is a full service salon with many locations in Zellers department stores across Canada. Owned by Regis Corp, magicuts is among five other brands owned by Regis, including City Looks, Cost Cutters Family Hair Care, First Choice Hair Cutters, Pro-Cuts and Supercuts. In 1982 Magicuts started looking for franchise partners, only a year after conception. Today there are over 180 locations across Canada with over half of them owned by franchisees.
