All franchisee candidates will be required to go through an intensive 2 week training course which will have an in-class and in-the-field component. The in-class sessions will be lead by external consulting personnel who are professionals in their fields. These sessions will include hiring and training personnel, effective managerial skills, and finance management for small business owners.

The in-class sessions combined with field training are a requirement to ensure that the franchisee will have actual in store experience before running his/her own location.
