OUR HISTORY

NEXClean, headquartered in West Chester, PA is a specialty cleaning company that provides services and solutions to the healthcare industry. Born on a “roll up your sleeves” mentality, the beginning years of NEXClean were spent cleaning hospital transport equipment. Attracted to our green, detailed and safe processes, our reputation quickly spread throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

After just a few months, high school friends and teammates, Dan Nestor and Mike Quinn, were quarterbacking crews in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Today, NEXClean services the entire East Coast and has performed specialty projects in California, Florida and Missouri. Services have expanded from transport equipment to programs in every department of the hospital, day to day janitorial services and exterior cleaning solutions.

NEXClean performs a wide array of services in which we utilize environmentally friendly technologies that have the power to deep clean AND kill harmful bacteria. Our well-trained and ultra-professional team members provide our clients the deep cleaning solutions necessary in the healthcare industry.  

OUR SERVICES

• Patient Care Equipment – our hallmark service, NEXClean crews deep clean and restore patient care equipment throughout every department in healthcare facilities.
  
• Inspection Preparation – NEXClean sponsored a Joint Commission tool that provides guidelines on maintaining a survey ready environment. We can help you be prepared and stay prepared for various inspections.
  
• Medical Facilities Management – day to day janitorial services with a heightened sensitivity to critical touch points and proper healthcare cleaning and disinfection.
  
• Caster Wheel Replacement – NEXClean crews change tens of thousands of caster wheels per year. Whether they are faulty, broken or rusted, we can prolong the life of rolling inventory.
  
• Exterior Deep Cleaning – window washing, power washing, and gum removal are just some of the services that NEXClean can provide solutions to.
  
• Food & Nutrition Deep Cleaning – our four-step deep cleaning process leaves neglected kitchen equipment clean and sanitized. We utilize heavy duty vapor steam to remove built up grease and restore equipment.
  
• Mattress & Soft Surface Repair – damaged mattresses are a major cross contamination concern in healthcare, and NEXClean crews can repair rips and tears to save on replacement costs.
  
• Floor & Carpet Care – whether it is a one-time strip and wax or a regular service contract, NEXClean has the solution for all floor and carpet care needs.

When we launched the franchise opportunity to like-minded business owners, we wanted to assure protection of the brand name. We have been and always will be, forward focused, not just on the trade name but also cultivating the coverage area for our niche cleaning services. We aim to give our franchisees the best advantage in the market and in 2017 the Green Steam name changed to NEXClean. The new brand name communicates a better message of the services that we provide, and allows for a more comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

• Tracking and Reporting – NEXClean offers its customers a unique tracking application that allows them to get real time feedback on the deep cleaning initiatives of our crews. Through a partnership with Asset Panda, we developed a software that is customized to our specific services. Our customers can track every piece of equipment that we clean n their facility, and coordinate efforts to maximize productivity during our regularly scheduled services.
