Overview

Orangetheory Fitness is different than other gyms because of its mix of treadmill work, TRX suspension training, and free weight use. The franchise's success thrives on energy. Creating an energetic environment, Orangetheory Fitness uses a 5-zone heart rate interval training, thus creating the ultimate workout. Unlike traditional membership gyms, Orangetheory Fitness is similar to personal training with an instructor, but in a group setting. A lot of attention is paid to members’ needs. The energetic instructors provide members with the motivation to meet their goals and to “get up and go.” Classes are small, and generally set up for just 24 people. Furthermore, the entire facility is orange because the color is said to inspire people to achieve more.
